Designed by two world-renowned studios:
U+ (U+PLUS) from Canada crafted the building’s architectural form,
and Simone Micheli’s studio from Milan created the interior spaces with clarity, emotion, and restraint blending soul and structure.

The hotel’s used water undergoes treatment through an advanced MBBR wastewater system, passing sequentially through anoxic, aeration, and sedimentation units, before entering a tertiary treatment stage. This stage includes advanced filtration and oxidation processes, making the water safe for reuse in operations such as facility maintenance and irrigation of the hotel’s lush landscapes. At Arina, every drop is a melody of life flowing through leaves and blossoms, revitalizing the hotel’s green spaces and enhancing its scenic vistas.
A portion of the hotel’s energy is harnessed from the sun, and optimized through a sophisticated Energy Management System (EMS) to ensure sustainable and efficient resource use. Strolling through the hotel grounds,
